Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests after this time will be declined. Once your order is received, you can return it for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and special sale periods. We process orders Monday through Friday and ship them within 1-3 business days of the order date. Orders will be shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2 and 4 weeks to arrive.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If you have not received your order within 30 days of shipping, you are entitled to a full refund.

Will I have to pay customs or taxes?
The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in Euros, meaning you may be required to pay customs and taxes upon receiving your order. When your order arrives at its final destination, import taxes, duties, and related fees may be charged by your local customs office. The payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country’s customs department. How can I return an item?

What happens if the items I received are defective, wrong, or damaged?
Please contact us if you receive incorrect, missing, or defective items. When contacting us, provide your order number, photos of the items, and any related references. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item or cancellation request, and will be credited to your card-issuing bank. For questions regarding when the credit will appear on your account, please contact your card-issuing bank. If you have not yet received the credit for your return, please follow up with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to appear on your account.
